This Privacy Policy describes how the styling app "Fiorel" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") handles your personal information and data.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Changes in March 28, 2026: Added disclosures regarding the use of an analytics service (TelemetryDeck) and an advertising service (Google AdMob) for app improvement.
2. Data We Collect
The App handles the following types of data:
Location Data
GPS location is used to obtain weather data for your current location. Location data is used solely for weather data requests to the Apple WeatherKit API and is cached on-device for 15 minutes. It is never sent to external servers. You can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings.
Weather Data
Meteorological data obtained from the Apple WeatherKit API (temperature, feels-like temperature, precipitation probability, humidity, wind speed, UV index, etc.). Used to generate outfit recommendations. Data is cached on-device for 15 minutes.
User Preferences
Settings such as temperature sensitivity adjustments, style genre selections, and notification times. Stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. No synchronization with external servers is performed.
Subscription Information
Processed through Apple StoreKit 2. The developer cannot access your payment information.
Usage Analytics Data
To improve the quality of the App, we collect non-personally identifiable usage statistics. This includes:
- Device information: Device model, OS version, app version, time zone, and locale
- Usage events: Onboarding progress, style genre switches, bottoms type selections, and other usage trends
- System events: Subscription screen views and purchase activity, weather data loading errors
None of this data can be used to personally identify you.
3. How We Use Your Data
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
- Providing weather-based outfit recommendations
- Sending daily morning reminder notifications
- Managing subscriptions
- Statistical analysis for app quality improvement and feature enhancement
- Displaying advertisements
4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following services:
Used to retrieve weather data. Your location data is used solely for requests to the Apple WeatherKit API.
Used for subscription payment processing. Payment information is managed by Apple and is not accessible to the developer.
A privacy-focused analytics service used to understand which style genres are popular and which features need improvement. The data sent does not contain any information that can personally identify you. For more details, please refer to TelemetryDeck's Privacy Policy.
Used to display advertisements. Based on your Apple App Tracking Transparency consent, you may see personalized or general advertisements. If you do not allow tracking, only non-personalized ads will be shown. Ad performance measurement is conducted through Apple SKAdNetwork.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your personal data (location information, preferences, etc.) is stored solely on your device. No synchronization with external servers, including iCloud, is performed. However, non-personally identifiable usage statistics are sent to TelemetryDeck's servers for app improvement purposes.
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- Deleting the app will permanently erase all local data
- You can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings
- You can manage notification settings within the app or in iOS Settings

This policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the app and on this page.
